Why Dr. Alicia
Lived experience. Clinical insight. Executive leadership. Academic depth.
Dr. Alicia Partee speaks from lived experience, clinical insight, executive leadership, and academic depth.
She spent more than two decades in Silicon Valley, leading through fast growth, high pressure, and constant cultural change. Then she lived in Norway for eight years, where she learned firsthand what it feels like to lose familiar language, familiar belonging, and familiar identity markers.
That displacement did not stay personal. It became published research.
Dr. Alicia holds a Doctor of Ministry in Spirit-Filled Global Leadership in the African Diaspora, conferred jointly by Portland Seminary and Jakes Divinity School. Her dissertation, No One Told Their Story, examines acculturation, faith formation, and belonging — the same questions every leader carries into rooms where they are not yet known.
The frameworks she brings to the stage are not borrowed. They are the leadership translation of work she earned.
She helps leaders answer the question beneath the question:
"Who am I when the room changes?"
